My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location is stunning and the staff made an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the service at the pool was lacking, and I often felt ignored. The dining options did not live up to my expectations, which was disappointing considering the price. The overall charm of the place is inviting, but improvements in service and dining would make a significant difference.

This hotel offers a fantastic escape in the Village of Oak Creek, providing a true Sedona experience without the chaos of downtown. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. However, the service at times could be improved, and while the dining options were decent, they fell short of expectations in terms of value. Overall, it's a great place for relaxation with stunning views, but be prepared for some service hiccups.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its beautiful common areas and friendly atmosphere. The outdoor fire pits and pool were quite enjoyable, and there are several good restaurants nearby. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, especially the handicap accessible ones, which may not appeal to everyone. Overall, I'd recommend it for its charm and family-friendly amenities.

I had such a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the outdoor areas were charming with fire pits and lovely vibes, which made for wonderful evenings. However, the service left a lot to be desired—waiting times were frustrating, and I felt overlooked during several moments of my stay. The rooms were clean but underwhelming, and the dining experience had its ups and downs in terms of value. Overall, I enjoyed aspects of my stay but wouldn't return based on the service issues.

My stay at this resort was quite enjoyable! The grounds are beautiful, perfect for relaxation, particularly with the fire pits at night. The location, though outside Sedona, offers great hiking trails nearby. However, the DJ by the pool was a bit loud for my taste, which detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I appreciated the good value and friendly service.
